Set Menu

There is a daily Set Menu which features our latest creations, as well as the possibility for choosing a personalised menu in response to your tastes or requirements.

WARM YOUNG PIGEON SALAD
With Sauté of vegetables and foie gras.

CREAM OF MARROW
With fungi and crystallised sold cod perfumed with vanilla

FILLETS OF HAKE
With peppers grilled on charcoal and borage

STEWED SHOULDER OF VEAL
On a sauté of pears and almonds.

CHOCOLATE TWIST WITH MOUSSE
Frozen orange and iced crème caramel.

The menu will be served on individual plates with half a ration per diner
This menu will only be served to whole tables.
